Cancellations by the Guest

More than 30 days before trip start: 70% refund
Less than 30 days before trip start: no refund

Guests are advised to obtain personal travel insurance.
 

Cancellations or Changes by ONSHORE

We may cancel or modify trips due to weather, safety, operational issues, or insufficient numbers.

 

Guests will be offered a refund or alternative date. We are not responsible for additional personal costs. 

 

Surf lessons may be cancelled due to adverse weather. Efforts will be made to rearrange along the course of the trip, but can not be guaranteed. Missed lessons will not be refunded.
